Your new role
This position is ideal for a property lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE and a strong grounding in commercial and retail leasing. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of leasing matters across multiple asset classes and will also work on related property transactions, including exposure to put and call options. The role offers direct client contact with landlords, developers, and business owners, and you'll be supported by experienced operational staff so you can focus on drafting, negotiating, and advising.A standout feature of this role is the opportunity to work closely with a senior practitioner, a property lawyer, a conveyancer, and support staff.
What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience in commercial and retail leasing
• 3+ years' PQE in property law
• Confidence managing complex matters and communicating directly with clients
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn from senior colleagues
• Exposure to put and call options (advantageous but not essential)
