Iglesias, PLLC, is a full-service litigation and appellate defense firm which regularly represents counties, cities, and school districts across Texas. With our continued growth, we are adding associate litigation attorneys to our team to assist in representing our clients in litigation and appeals in both state and federal courts.  We offer competitive compensation based on experience and skill, with an expected pay range of $125-200K, plus bonuses and 401(k) matching.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience/background in civil litigation, strong research and writing skills, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and work within a team. Experience with a federal court as a law clerk is a plus.  We also welcome candidates with prosecution experience. Travel for hearings, mediations, and depositions is required, but it is largely limited to local travel.
