Description
Responsibilities:- Provide general support to all teams in Legal Division;
- Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare legal updates;
- Draft/review/negotiate contracts and agreements; assist in complaints handling; approve and review new products/services; assist with the drafting or reviewing of internal policies and procedures; manage external legal counsel;
- Provide general administrative assistance to the teams; and
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the management.
- Bachelor or above in Laws;
- Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 4-6 years of PQE gained from a reputable law firm or legal and compliance department of banking / financial institutions;
- Good team player with good working attitude and interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn;
- Sound Knowledge in banking and finance laws will be an advantage; and
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
