Description
Responsibilities- Develop, execute and lead the legal strategy and governance across the organization, with a specialized focus on digital assets.
- Draft and review policies, disclosures, and agreements to ensure regulatory compliance and establish internal governance policies and legal programs.
- Build scalable and effective legal processes for digital asset offerings, tokenization, custody, and trading platforms in alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
- Advise on and support business-critical matters including licensing, partnership, fund-raising and investment activities.
- Build and manage a high-performing legal team across jurisdictions while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and legal excellence.
Qualifications
- LL.B from a reputable institution
- Min. 15 years PQE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within fintech or financial services.
- Proven expertise in financial services regulatory, capital markets, digital assets, corporate finance or investment fund-related work.
- Fluent in Business Mandarin both speaking and writing due to Greater China coverage from Singapore.
- Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
