The Geller Law Group is an award-winning, mid-sized law firm in Northern Virginia looking to hire an Of Counsel or Senior Associate Family Law Attorney. This position is a hybrid, full-time role. Virginia law license is required, DC and/or Maryland is a bonus.

Details
Must be a self-starter and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Book of business preferred. Our expectations include that you have the ability to manage an independent caseload, handle litigation matters from inception to completion, conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, supervise junior associates and paralegals, be detail and deadline oriented, and work well with others.
Base Salary Range: $150,000 – 175,000 [Compensation commensurate with experience.]
*This role is eligible for five (5) different types of bonus opportunities in addition to the base salary.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of family law experience.
- VA law license is required. DC &/or MD a bonus.
- Proven first-chair trial expertise.
- Engage in family law litigation, including divorce, custody, and child support matters.
- Ability to supervise work performed by junior associates & paralegals.
- Command of the courts of Northern Virginia and their respective policies.
- Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and think outside of the box.
- Prepare clear pleadings, motions, depositions, and briefs with proper grammar, formatting, and professionalism.
- Effective time management, planning and organization skills to accomplish tasks in a timely manner are needed.
