Aleading law firm in Brisbane CBD is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with2-6 years PAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to joina team of welcoming legal professionals. The role will see you focus onfinancial services (debt recovery, wind-ups, insolvency) and althoughexperience in this space isn't a requirement, it is recommended.

Your new role

Manage and resolve a variety of commercial disputes through litigation, mediation, and arbitration.

Provide strategic legal advice to clients across a range of industries.

Prepare pleadings, submissions, and other legal documents.

Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex litigation matters.

What you'll need to succeed

2-6 years PAE in Commercial Litigation.

Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.

Current practising certificate in Queensland.
