We’re seeking a Litigation & Investigations Associate with 2–4 years of experience who is eager to take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute to team success, and grow within a supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
As an associate at our firm, you'll work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of challenging civil and criminal matters. You’ll be involved in all stages of the process, with direct client interaction and a real opportunity to help shape strategy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Represent clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation, criminal matters, and government and internal investigations
- Conduct legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and memoranda
- Manage discovery processes, including document collection and production, document review, and depositions
- Participate in client meetings, court conferences, hearings, witness interviews, and trials
- Collaborate across the firm to develop case strategy and deliver top-tier service to our clients

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- 2–4 years of litigation and/or investigations experience at a law firm or government agency
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Comfort working on teams and a willingness to pitch in across civil and criminal matters
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- A sense of humor, humility, and a genuine interest in growing as an attorney
