Stubbeman is seeking an associate attorney to join our Litigation Division full-time in Midland, TX.
Job responsibilities include:
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Prepare and respond to motions and litigation pleadings
- Conduct oral arguments and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Requirements
- 0-5 years of civil litigation or related legal work
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
