A reputable Hedgefund is seeking a Legal & Compliance Officer to support its legal and operational functions. This role offers broad exposure across compliance, documentation, and internal governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support AML processes and manage due diligence for counterparties and service providers
• Coordinate account openings and documentation for investment-related activities
• Assist with the implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain and organize corporate records and legal documentation
• Prepare materials and take minutes for board and internal committee meetings
• Draft and review various legal documents including agreements, resolutions, and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on documentation and procedural matters
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Around 1-3 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, or operational roles within financial services
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous
