Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Defense Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil defense litigation and be able to handle cases from inception through resolution. As an Associate, you will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to defend businesses and individuals in diverse legal matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada bar.
• 1-3+ years of experience in civil/defense litigation, preferred. Willing to train.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive legal documents and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A detail-oriented, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort level making court appearances, both State and Federal.
