COURT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - STATE OF MINNESOTA, NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
Beltrami County Bemidji, MN

The Ninth Judicial District is seeking to fill two (2) Court Operations Associate positions within Beltrami
County Court Administration, Bemidji, MN: one Full-time position (40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE), and one
Part-time position (20 hours per week, 0.5 FTE), to provide advanced court clerical work in District
Court. Duties may involve responsibility for a specific area of court case processing or for performing a
variety of advanced clerical functions in multiple case types and will require the application of
independent judgment and interpretation of policies and procedures.
Qualifications include graduation from an approved high school or vocational school and experience as a
court clerk or in the legal field, or experience in a customer service focused field.
