Requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law or corporate law.

- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and dispute resolution processes.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
