Who We Are Looking For?
You have cut your teeth in probate litigation and know the Texas Estates Code, Texas Trust Code, and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
You have at least one year of experience, specifically in trust and estate disputes.
Not only do you have the writing chops and horsepower of a great attorney, but you are also strategic in your litigation style, love getting to the bottom of things, a natural learner who grows by diligently doing, entrepreneurial in your career, a self-starter who follows up naturally, and are a team player who knows and appreciates the value of being stronger together. 
You can consistently deliver 1800 quality billable hours annually.
