This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1 to 8 years of experience interested in gaining comprehensive exposure to business law in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to supporting our clients, including:
Legal Research: Conducting thorough and precise research on complex legal issues related to business, contract, and administrative law.
Drafting Documents: Preparing high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and transactional agreements.
Litigation Support: Assisting partners in managing active litigation files.
Document Review: Conducting systematic review and analysis of client and opposing party documents.
Case Management (Training Provided): With training, progress to handling cases and transactional matters from initial contact through resolution.

Requirements
Experience: 1-8 years of experience practicing law.
Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the State Bar of Nevada.
