The Role

We are hiring an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience. No prior healthcare law experience is necessary — we value adaptability and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to grow in a specialized and fast-moving practice area.

This role is entirely office-based in Houston (Monday–Friday) to foster collaboration and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts in the healthcare space.
Assist clients with FDA, DEA, and state pharmacy board regulatory compliance.
Prepare internal policies, compliance frameworks, and advisory memoranda.
Research and analyze emerging regulatory issues impacting the compounding pharmaceutical industry.
Collaborate directly with partners and clients to develop solutions that align with business and compliance goals.
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed (and in good standing) in Texas.
2–5 years of legal experience (contracts, regulatory, or corporate law preferred).
Exceptional research and drafting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client service.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:
$100,000-$120,000
Bonus Structure:
Billable-hour bonuses available.
